Job responsibilities:
1. Track and feed back the potential customers who have sent samples (more than 3 months) to understand the use results and evaluation of customer tests;
2. Follow up the customer's comments on our products and salesmen to help improve; Select to invite customers to assist in the survey and make the questionnaire by email.
3. Organize information collection and research on project products and market competitors, and provide product and service analysis reports; Customer complaint management analysis (receive customer complaints, distribute and handle them, analyze customer complaints, determine losses and responsibilities, and improve case settlement)
4. Management analysis of the whole order process (the whole order process, docking, quotation, order placement, design, procurement, production delivery, use feedback, and return); From the customer perspective, set the analysis cycle by customer category. Other businesses of post nature.

Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing, computer, management, etc. is preferred;
2. Strong ability in data analysis and document preparation;
3. Skillfully use office and other office software to analyze product presentations and data; Good communication and coordination skills, with experience in telemarketing, after-sales customer service and the same position preferred.
